These prices are self-pay only and are not billed to insurance. You can usually use an HSA or FSA card at checkout.  If you have insurance you would like to use you we can do a virtual appt or an in person appt to satisfy insurance guidelines and be able to apply your insurance. 

After payment, we’ll send draw instructions and nearby collection options. Most tests can be completed right at our clinic or a partner patient service center. Those centers are located across Texas and the US.

Most standard labs return within 1–3 business days. Specialty or hormone panels can take slightly longer.

Results are delivered securely to your chart or by email link as soon as they’re ready. They are yours to print, copy or distribute as needed.

Interpretation isn’t included with self-pay testing. However, if you’d like help reviewing your results, you can schedule a brief follow-up consult at any time for $49. This consultation can be done virtually.

No. The price you see on this page is the total cost for that test. Once you’ve paid, there are no additional charges.

You can come back and order additional labs anytime. Many people start with a few key tests, then add on if something looks outside the normal range.  

Some tests (like Lipid Panel or Fasting Insulin) require 8–12 hours of fasting. You’ll see any fasting instructions before checkout.
